Add your property.
Run a farm stay? Farms, wineries, stations and private land all count, from a quiet paddock with a view to a vineyard with room for a few vans. Let campers find you on Trek Eleven. It is free, there is no commission, and campers book with you direct.
Free to list
Adding your property costs you nothing.
No commission
We do not take a cut of your bookings. Campers book with you direct, on your website or by phone, and the money is yours.
You control your listing
You write the words, choose the photos and set your price. Edit it any time. Pause it when you are full, or when the paddock needs a rest.
Only if you add it
Your place shows on Trek Eleven only because you added it. We never list a private property for you, and we never copy listings from other sites.
How it works.
Five short steps. We check every listing before campers see it, so the places on Trek Eleven are real.
Add your details
Your property’s name, where it is, what you offer, the facilities, your price and up to six of your own photos. Drop a pin on the map.
Prove it is yours
We give you a short code, like TE-7KQ2. Put it anywhere on your own website or Facebook page, then tap “I’ve added it”. No email back and forth.
We take a look
Someone from Trek Eleven checks your listing before it shows. If something needs fixing, we tell you in the app.
Campers find you
Your property shows on the map, with your photos, your words and a button that says “Book with the owner”.
Keep it fresh
Change your listing whenever you like. Campers who stay can tap “still like this?”, so everyone can see how recently it was checked.
What campers see
Your photos and your own words, what you offer and what it costs, and a clear button to book with you. Every farm stay carries the same plain line, so nobody turns up unannounced.
Private property. Book with the owner first; never just turn up.
What we ask of you
- Tell us the truth about your place, and keep it up to date.
- Use only words and photos that are yours to share.
- Make sure you have the approvals your shire needs before you take campers.
The rules for camping on private land differ from shire to shire, and taking paying guests can need planning approval or a camping ground licence. Please check with your shire first. The WA Government has guidance on camping outside caravan parks. You are asked to confirm this when you add your property, and it is your responsibility.
Listing means agreeing to the draft owner terms. They cover what you promise us (including your approvals and insurance), how your listing appears, and why bookings are between you and the camper.
Your contact details stay private
We ask for a contact name and email so we can reach you about your listing. Campers never see them. We use them only to manage your listing. Read the draft privacy policy.
Add your property
It opens in the Trek Eleven app, which is in testing. You can come back and edit it whenever you like.
