Reporting a wrong or out-of-date place

This is the most useful message we get. Please tell us:

  • the name of the place, and the town or road it is near
  • what is wrong (closed, a different fee, no toilets, a locked gate)
  • when you were there, if you can say
  • a photo, if you have one that is yours to share

In the app you can also open the site and tap “Report a problem”. If the place came from OpenStreetMap, fixing it there helps everyone who uses that map.

  • A question that Help does not answer
  • A mistake in one of our guides, or a topic you would like covered
  • A park listing: claim it here, or email us if that does not work for you
  • Removing or seeing the information we hold about you
