Main Roads WA marks 9 stops on this highway as 24-hour rest areas: Galena South (km 113), Galena North (km 113), Lyndon River (km 657), Yannarie River (km 764), Private Nanutarra (km 836), Robe River (km 955) and 3 more in the table. Main Roads says its 24-hour rest areas are not meant for camping, and that a stop should not go past 24 hours in a row.1 At any other stop, plan to move on, and read the signs on the day.
